We work with most PPO dental insurance plans. Bring your card to your first visit and we will verify your benefits and tell you what your plan actually covers before treatment starts — not after.
CareCredit financing
CareCredit lets you spread treatment across monthly payments, with interest-free plans available. It is a common choice for implants, orthodontics, and any treatment that runs past your annual insurance maximum.
No insurance? You still have options.
Plenty of our patients pay out of pocket. We will quote your treatment in writing up front, tell you honestly what is urgent versus what can wait, and sequence the work across visits so it fits your budget.

Pay directly, use CareCredit, or stage treatment over time. Nothing is scheduled until you have agreed to it.

Do you take my dental insurance? +
We accept most PPO dental insurance plans. Because every plan differs, the reliable answer comes from a quick benefits check — call us at (602) 944-9197 with your plan details, or bring your card to your first appointment and we will verify coverage for you.
What if I do not have dental insurance? +
You can still be seen. We provide a written estimate before treatment begins, and CareCredit financing lets you spread the cost over monthly payments. We will also tell you which treatment is genuinely urgent and which can safely be scheduled later.
What is CareCredit and how do I apply? +
CareCredit is a healthcare credit card used for dental treatment, with interest-free payment plans available on qualifying balances. You can apply online before your visit or with our front-desk team while you are here. Approval is handled by CareCredit, not by our office.
Will you tell me the cost before you start treatment? +
Yes. After your exam we present a written treatment plan with the cost of each item and, if you have insurance, your estimated out-of-pocket portion. You decide what to proceed with before any work is scheduled.
What should I bring to my first appointment? +
Your photo ID, your dental insurance card if you have one, a list of any medications you take, and any recent X-rays from a previous dentist. Completing your new-patient paperwork beforehand makes the visit shorter.
Does insurance cover dental implants or orthodontics? +
Coverage varies a lot by plan. Many plans treat implants as a major service with an annual maximum well below the total cost, and orthodontic benefits are often a lifetime maximum rather than an annual one. We check your specific plan and show you the gap before you commit.
